Description
Randall Hendrix is a young paralyzed man shortly. One day Randall is given a telescope gift by his girlfriend Pam. Perhaps things could turn into a completely undesirable turn because of that perspective, where Randall witnesses a powerful criminal, called a lawyer, who commits a crime while watching his neighbors through his binoculars.
